Kappa Kappa Gamma has a total membership of more than 260,000 women with 140 collegiate chapters in the United States and Canada. Kappa Kappa Gamma's motto is “Dream boldly. Live fully.” Kappa Kappa Gamma grew very quickly after their initial founding in 1870, establishing three new chapters within the next two years. Notable national alumnae include designer Kate Spade, actresses Sophia Bush and Ashley Judd, and Olympic gold medalist Kelley O'Hara.
